The best thing about making Swiffer duster refill pads is you only need one piece of material. You will need a piece of pill fleece or other material. A sewing machine will also be necessary, unless you want to use a needle and thread.
A pattern will need to be made before you start making Swiffer duster refill pads. Cardboard will be the best to use as a pattern, but a piece of paper will also work. Simply sew the fleece around the handle so it will fit snugly. Cut the fringe around the edges with a pair of scissors to finish your duster refill.
